How do I place an Order?

Search for the product on our Shop landing page, find a product that you want (filtering is supported). Confirm the product specifications and click on "Buy Now."

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before payment is processed, you can cancel your order directly. If your order status is "Awaiting Shipment," or "In Transit" We cannot cancel orders(you can reject/return goods after it is delivered to you).

Do I need an account to place an order?

Although it's not required to have an account when placing an order, it's highly recommended. This way you can manage all your account information, payment methods, shipping details, order history & more.

How Do I Track My Order?

If tracking information on the order page is still not updated 12 days after shipment, you may contact us for more information or try to track the parcel by yourself.

How Can I Return a Product?

We're really sorry to hear that our product didn't work out for you. In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team who will get this sorted for you.
